Sometimes exporting a Category as a whole is not what is needed but a selection of certain Items. With this feature, you can do both, depending on your selection.
- Navigate to the Category you wish to export from.
- Select all or a selection of Items through the checkbox(es). The Search feature may be used.
- Click on EXPORT.
- Depending on the volume of the selection, the export may take a few minutes to generate. When ready for download, a menu shows in the bottom right corner below the ADD ITEM button. Clicking on the download icon starts the download request. You may click on the trash bin icon to remove the export. Otherwise it will be available for 48 h. During this time you can download as often as you wish.
- Clicking the download icon opens a pop-up allowing to execute the download by clicking EXPORT.
