- … you have forgotten the password.
- … you are new to the centralized log-in.
Tip: If you can log-in, but would like to change the password, you can do so in the Settings section.
- Click Forgot your password? to start the password recovery process.
- Enter the email address that you know has been stored with your profile. Any email address unrelated to your profile will not trigger the following process for security reasons.
- Check your mailbox for the system email. Do also check the spam folder if nothing shows up in the inbox. The message will show the following content. Colour may vary due to color scheme settings. Click RESET PASSWORD to proceed.
Note: If no email has arrived after some time, this will usually be due to the following reasons: (1) There is a typo in the email address as entered into either the profile or the reset request. (2) You are trying to log into a server installation account using the cloud link. If you are sure that both does not apply to you, contact customer support for assistance, please!
- A webpage will open with a simple reset form. Enter the new password twice and confirm by clicking SUBMIT.
- After submitting a new password, you will get the following confirmation. After that, you can log in using the new password.
Note: To make sure that it is actually you changing your password you will get an email containing the exact timestamp and ip address for reference.
