Logging in with a Labforward account

This article is describing the sign-up process for all Labforward products for users having an account.

Note: If you have not logged in through the new system, you will at least have to reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" and responding to the system email.

1. This is what the login page looks like. To log in, enter your credentials here or click on the respective button to continue with Google or continue with Microsoft respectively. If you choose to log in with your credentials, you may toggle the "Remember me" option that will allow to skip login locally.

2. In case Two-Factor Authentication is active, a pop-up will show prompting for the on-time code. Enter the code and click AUTHENTICATE to continue.

3. When logging in for the first time, you will have the opportunity to complete your user profile. Adding an image will facilitate adding your account to Groups in order to collaborate. Click SAVE to confirm.

Note: Single sign on authentication is done by Google or Microsoft and is not controlled by IAM. IAM neither saves nor verifies the credentials of user logins via SSO.

Tip: Password, language, and time zone may be selected or changed in the Settings section. Please, check before you start using Apps!
