The Filter in the Projects view helps you locate a project based on different filtering criteria. Any combination of filter criteria is possible (i.e. Titles and Authors, Titles and Authors and Dates, etc.).

Through MANAGE > Projects you can apply the following filters:
Filter for Titles
1. Go to MANAGE > Projects.
2. To filter for titles in the Projects view:
- Click Title in the filter bar at the top panel.
- A search field will open. Here, you can search for the title of the project in its entirety or keywords included in the project title.
- Select APPLY (Filter settings) in order to display the filter results.
- To clear the filter, open the respective category and click clear all.
- Click APPLY (Filter settings) to the right end of the filter bar.
Note: Expanding all folders before using filter settings is strongly recommended, since search results will only then become visible instantly.
Filter for Authors
1. Go to MANAGE > Projects.
2. To filter for Authors in the Projects view:
- Click Authors in the filter bar at the top panel.
- Click on the cell noted Search author and type in author's name.
- Click on clear all to deselect all chosen Authors.
- To search for an Author, scroll down the list and select individual users.
- Alternatively, select an entire group.
- At the bottom of each group, you will also find Former group members.
- After making your selection(s), click APPLY (Filter settings).
Filter for Dates
1. Go to MANAGE > Projects.
2. To filter for Dates in the Projects view:
- Click Dates in the filter bar at the top panel.
- Select a category of dates: Created or (Last) Modified.
- Set the range of dates: Click on the cell under from to select a starting date and to select an ending date.
- Click on clear all to deselect all chosen Dates.
- Click APPLY (Filter settings) to the right end of the filter bar.
