How do I share a category and assign access rights?

Labregister Category access rights and their configuration are important, for example, in the contexts of who is supposed to manage them and with whom they are to be shared with: sharing and unsharing is managed by (access) permissions.

Note: Only category Owners may change sharing options of the respective category.
