How can I troubleshoot my installation?

Labforward has automated the common issues investigation in the Troubleshoot tool. 


In the admin console, go to Troubleshoot → Generate support bundle → Analyze.


After the analysis process, replicated will show the results page with three tabs:


1. Analysis Insights → Information about all current validations created by the Labforward team. For some of them, it is possible to see logs and events related to it under “Details”;


2. File Inspector → All the files created and used during the analysis process;


3. Redactor Report → All hidden values in the File Inspector because it was considered sensitive information. Nobody has access to these values.


The results page can be reaccessed for each support bundle in the Troubleshoot menu.


Click on Download Bundle to get a compressed file with all this information. This file can be sent to Labforward for better support.
